Admission Instructions

Procedure for Admission

Admission is open to all Indian Students on the basis of merit according to seats available at the discretion of the Principal subject to the rules and regulations of the Education Ministry, Sharjah. The students of other nationalities will also be Considered eligible depending upon the availability of seats. New admissions are generally accepted in the beginning of the academic year i.e. April.






Rules for Certificate Attestation for Indian Students

A student who has attended any recognized school shall not be admitted without School leaving certificate which should be- Counter signed by educational authorities in India (AEO, DEO) Attested by the Embassy/Consulate General of India in UAE Attested by the Ministry of Foreign affairs of UAE.

Documents Required at the Time of Admission

  • Passport of the student and the parent with valid visa page (original and 2 photo copies)
  • Birth certificate of the students seeking admission for Kindergarten and Grade 1 (Original and 1Photocopy)
  • School Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate duly attested (as applicable to Ministry Rules). [Original duly attested and 1 photocopy]
  • Passport size photographs: 5 Photographs
  • Progress Report/Statement of marks of previous examination. (Original and 1 Photocopy)
  • Conduct certificate from the institution last attended (not required for KG section)

Local Transfer

A student from any of the local schools seeking admission should get the school leaving certificate attested by the respective zones of Ministry of U.A.E.

Withdrawls

The parent of any student who wishes to withdraw his/her ward should fill in the withdrawal form.

Regulations for Admission

All application forms to be duly filed in by parents/guardians with correct details. Incomplete forms will not be considered. Written test is compulsory from Grade I onwards. Admission to KG classes is based on verbal skills.

No preference will be given for the early submission of admission form. Filing the admission form and qualifying test does not guarantee right to admission. Parents whose children are already in the school cannot claim right to admission for their other wards.

All the necessary documents are to be verified in the administrative office. Parents must ensure all the documents are attested prior to admission according to Ministry rules. Selection will stand canceled if the documents are not submitted and fee is not paid on the stipulated date. The school will not send any reminder to parents in this regard. The Principal has the sole authority to accept or reject any application without assigning any reasons.
