E-Safety Measurements

The E-Safety team will work together following all measurements and protocols which
are being created for them according to their duties and responsibilities.

         Class Observation:

Our highly qualified supervisors with great technical skills are the observing class every
day. They join all the classes to check if everything is going perfectly and if there are
issues then immediately take effect according to the problem and create a report which
is submitted to the higher authorities.

         Prevention of Unauthorized Access:

We had found that other students who do not belong to ongoing classes, they try to join
class by entering the name of one of supervisors and turning off cameras.

To sort out this issue, we have launched Daily Teacher Code system where supervisor
will send daily code in teachers’ group which can be any alphabet following hyphen key
and their name. The teacher will accept only those who are having the code. The
alphabet will change every day and will be sent before starting the classes so
unauthorized students or person will not be able to access the classes.

        Information Technology Department:

Our school I.T. team is always working on improvising E- Safety of the students and
staff. They are checking daily logs of students and staff to keep track and record the
data. In case they find any misuse of provided tools by students or staff, they
immediately take action by preventing or blocking such unwanted access.

The Information Technology team has superuser access to check all the logs of
students and staff where they can monitor their activities easily. Having any suspect
or misused activity is reported same time to the higher authorities with relevant proof.
So, they can take appropriate action against it.
