Training to the Staff
The most useful way is to provide necessary training to the staff where they can learn
the usage of tools with applying high security. Our I.T. team sets up a weekly training
session with the teachers and other staff where they guide them to use updated tools
with high level of security.
A question-and-answer time is set in the meeting where teachers and other staff ask
their question related to class safety. The appropriate answers along with digital
examples are given to them so they can apply it in their classes. Moreover, the teachers
are told how they can track the issues at the same time of the class created by the
student and they can inform the students to not to repeat this.
