➢  Staff will be trained to identify signs of cyber bullying and will be helped to


                   keep informing about the technologies that students use.
               ➢  Let students know that it’s OK for them to report any online abuse that

                    happens to them.

               ➢  Positive use of ICT will be encouraged

               ➢  CPD may be used to help staff to develop their own practices and support

                   students in safe and responsible use of ICT.


               ➢ Monitor children’s online activities.

               ➢ Teach children how to use technology responsibly.


               ➢ Understand the signs of someone who is a bullying victim.

               ➢ Create an environment of mutual respect and tolerance in the classroom.


               ➢ Participate in training on cyberbullying prevention to better understand it

                     and learn strategies for addressing it.

               ➢  The school will promote the message that asking for help in the right thing

                   to do and all members of the school community will be informed how cyber

                   bullying is reported

               ➢ Implement anti-cyberbullying policies in the classroom


               Students need to know that if they are being cyberbullied, it’s not their fault. It’s easy for kids to
               internalize feelings of guilt or shame when accused of something, even when they are falsely

               accused. The pressure that comes from shaming is intense, especially for kids in middle school.
               Sometimes what people might call bullying is really just a disagreement between two people.
